TOPIC: [SSRP SUGGESTION] Gang Icon (Upgrade)

Suggestion Title:
Gang Icon Upgrade

How would it benefit the server:

• Allow gangs to stand out a bit more on the leaderboard and perhaps elsewhere.
• Money sink.
• Would look cool.

Potential Issues/Exploits:

• People may use images that are against the Terms of Use (NSFW, etc.)
• Leaderboard position may not be visible when using a Gang Icon.

Additional notes:

• Images would probably need to be uploaded to Imgur and should have dimensions of 1024x1024, 512x512 or 256x256
• The gang colour will still be visible if the owner decides to use an image with a transparent background.

Considering the number of gangs that have upgrades only go to like page 11, I'd say it'd be pretty easy to monitor.

Going with the theme of 50 mil and x gang loot, it'd be considerably harder to get than to put an advertisement up. And even with the billboards showered across the map theres only been a few instances of images against TOU going up.

That being said, even if a lot of gangs were to obtain the upgrade, it would be fairly easily monitored by simply logging the images upon being uploaded. This means lead team member should have a menu where they can see the entire feed of icons and their respective gangs - this feed would need to be checked every now and then to see if anyone is breaking the Terms of Use, but I think it's a fairly effective way as long as the lead team members are willing to moderate it.

This avoids the hassle of going through the entire Gang Leaderboard to find potential violations and should allow the higher-ups to keep easy track of the icons that are being used. I think this is the best way to monitor it.

non-negligible gang related addition in my opinion, same for the gang sprays, would be cool if you could download your gang spray direclty from in game.
