Suggestion Title: The ability to disable gifting chat lines for certain items like stone, gold, ruby

How would it benefit the server: Peoples chat being not spammed when using an alt to mine

Potential Issues/Exploits: n/a

The chat filters are part of the base game and can’t be modified as far as I know, that’s why we have to add these extra variables that can be switched on/off by a client
