Suggestion Title: Customisable Colour Cross-hair

How would it benefit the server: A little thing that'll help player change the cross-hair to make it more visible against the different backgrounds.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Graphical hitches

Additional notes: A little change that gives players a comfier way to play.
