Suggestion Title:Token system

How would it benefit the server:
Allow new players access to things that at the moment only the veteran players have the points/time on the server to use

Potential Issues/Exploits:

Tokens will replace points in being used to purchase the perks. New players do not have the points to use them as they have other things they want to spend their limited points on like skins, as a result the perks are underused. I have a few ideas as to how the tokens would be earned but those will tie into the suggestions below. This will hopefully encourage more engagment with one of zarps only unique features.

The tokens would also be used for another thing which would be a rent a gun kind of service. While normally the unlock weapons are exclusive to those who have already put hours into the server and have unlocked them permanently(which will not change) newer players will now have to option to purchase a weapon to use for that round at the cost of more tokens than for the perks, increasing in price the higher level the unlock is. This would give newer players limited access to weapons that are only used by the high level players giving them an incentive to continue playing to unlock them permanent and also give them more of a chance against the older players who just dominate every round with tec 9s.

How would it benefit the server:
Adds more goals for players to chase and serves as a way to gain tokens

Achievements would be split into tiers giving more tokens the higher tier of achievement is completed. For example one achivement would be killing traitors as an innocent or detective and would start at killing 10 traitors at which you would be able to claim a reward and then the next tier would require something like 50 traitor kills but reward more tokens for completing it. Other achievements would be things like:

• Time played on the server
• Innocents and detectives killed as a traitor
• An achievement for joining for the first time(no additional tiers but will give players some tokens to start out with)
• Rounds where you are alive at the end
• Rounds where you were a member of the winning team
• Complete daily challenges

There would also be achievements for specific things that do not have tiers and are one and done like:

• Kill 7+ people with a single c4
• As a traitor kill a innocent by falling on them
• As an innocent or a detective get the final blow on over half of the traitor team
• As a detective use the DNA scanner to identify 3 or more traitors in a single round
• As an innocent be the player who places the diamond block in the lighthouse

Achievements would be able to be seen in the f1 menu where they can be claimed to recieve the rewarded tokens and inspected to view the progress made towards completing them.

Suggestion Title:
Add an addition to the f1 menu where players can select a challenge mode

How would it benefit the server:
Much like this it would create unique rounds for players but not have the drawbacks that i mentioned about that. It would also give players another way to gain experience and points in a more challenging way.

Basically my idea is to have a new section to the f1 menu where players can select a kind of modifier/challenge mode for the next round, these challenges would make the game more difficult but provide rewards in the form of points and extra experience if you survive the round/earn kills with the challenge on, meaning for those who want to risk it they can level up quicker. The menu would contain 3 sections, one for each possible role and you would select from a list of challenges which one(if any) you would like to try for each role, the challenge you selected for the role you were get the next round would be the one you would play. Something like what is below. Each challenge would reward a different amount depending on how difficult the challenge is, you will get a lot more for surviving a round with only 1hp than you would surviving without sprint. Only one challenge can be active on a round so you cannot stack easy challenges to gain a lot of points. This could also be implemented into the daily challenges system where one daily challenge could be to complete a round with a specific modifier on.

How would it benefit the server:
At the moment the daily challenges are worthless and in some cases can lead to problems with the gamemode, for example the random shooting and pushing of players encouraged by them. This would make the challenges actually worth doing as it would reward tokens for completing them which can be used to purchase the perks and weapon rentals. Keeps players coming back each day to complete the challenges.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
They end up not working like the last group of daily challenges.

Additional notes:
The daily challenges would be split into 4 groups with 1 challenge from each group being present daily. The groups would be non role specific challenges, innocent team, traitor team and the final group would be a challenge from the suggestion above.

Non role specific challenge examples:

• Jump x amount of times
• Crouch x amount of times
• Identify x amount of bodies
• Survive x amount of rounds
• Be on the winning team of x amount of rounds

Innocent team challenge examples:

• Kill x amount of traitors
• Use binoculars to identify x amount of bodies
• Identify x amount of traitors with a DNA scanner
• Call x amount of lifechecks

Traitor challenge examples:

• Kill x amount of innocents
• Burn x amount of bodies with the flare gun
• Kill x amount of innocents with explosion damage
• Kill x amount of innocents with a knife

The final challenge would select a random challenge from the list of modifiers in the previous suggestion and would reward more tokens. One challenge from each group can be completed each day.

How would it benefit the server:
Provides more things to do an more goals to chase. Encourages weapon diversity as older player may want to switch off their tec 9s and use other weapons because there is now a reason to.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
People could name their weapons inappropriate things, certain slurs could be automatically blocked from being chosen as names.

Additional notes:
As you kill correct players, your equipped unlock gun will also gain xp, for every rank you level up the specific weapon you will gain a small gift of tokens. Once you have the gun reach max level you will gain a weapon skin for it and the ability to rename the weapon, i renamed weapon will have its name be visable to any player who picks up the gun and the name will change colours like the overlord rank.

Give players more things to chase and encourage older players to use other weapons.

This doesnt really tie into tokens but i wanted to add it here anyway. Instead of having weapon skins be some crate reward have them linked to actually using the weapon you want the skins for. Each weapon would have a list of challenges that will each unlock a different skin for that weapon when completed. For example challenges like:

• Kill x amount of traitors
• Kill x amount of innocents
• Kill x amount of players with headshots
• Fire x amount of bullets
• Kill x amount of players while under the effect of reduced damge(in the modifiers suggestion)
• Fully level up the weapon
