Suggestion Title:
Implementation of a new item - The Sit Disruptor 3000

How would it benefit the server:
Pretty much it's no ordinary Grappling hook! Anyways, this would be a very unique item that i can guarantee you, no other server has! Whilst having this item, You'll easily manage to climb up to any roof to interrupt all sits you desire to, not only that but, you also can't be:

• Moved (With a Physicsgun)
• Teleported
• Punished

Potential Issues/Exploits:
What could possibly be the issue with this?!

Additional notes:
I'll add a link soon to a modified Addon!
