Suggestion Title: Allowing you to use Italics, Bold, Underline and ~~Strikethrough~~ in your motto / mini bio ALSO Adding colours into your motto

How would it benefit the server: It's just a nice addition to your motto, I thought it'd be nice to have added, the way this could be done is just by expanding he motto space a bit more to add the bb code symbols.

Potential Issues/Exploits:None

Additional notes: Most of you will be like it's not needed but it's just a nice small addition to have on your motto,
