Suggestion Title:
Reduce the crafting time

For which server is the suggestion?
SSRP servers

How would it benefit the server:
In the latest update the mining timer was changed, 3seconds to 6seconds.
Now it's gonna take more time to mine, and to farm steel.
Farming steel was a good option for many peoples in order to make money.
They'd use the steel to craft items or just sell it.
I don't think this is well balanced, we should get the crafting time reduced.
Even before the update, i was considering this taking too long.
Crafting 100 steel, for example, it would take 16 minutes.
Imagine, to make 100 steel, you'd spend three times more time to mine the ores, and then
an additional 16 minutes to turn your ores to one hundred pieces of steel.
It would certainly not change anything in the economy, that's just an issues that farmers
on Zarp experience.

None that i can think of.
