TOPIC: [SSRP] Refund Request

Time / Date of when it happened: 21 april, just now.
Item/s lost: Legendary case
Server Name: server 1
My computer is really trash and crashes right when I press on opening I case, Ive tried to open diffrent weapons cases and such and the same thing happends. It doesnt even start spinning or it doesnt give me any items at all, just crashes and upon reopening game no items are there that werent there before, just the case missing.

Please check CM logs or do whatever you do to help, It costed quite alot

Surely on the serverside it already has decided what item he has gotten as opening the case is just a fancy animation and you can cancel it at any point and just get the item anyway. The way I'm seeing this happening in my head he should almost 100% of still gotten the item in his inventory upon being disconnected.

I really dont get the item though, Im sure cm logs could show something. Or I could prove it by opening a case infront of an admin
