Add a armour and health npc to armoury pd floor.
How would it benefit the server:
Idk tbh just quality of life.
Potential Issues/Exploits:

Would prefer the hospital from Evilmelon to be added to the S1 area instead.

Eh I think the medic/armour NPCs are in a fair enough place already.

As others have said it doesn't really seem needed with the current NPC's in place

I mean yeah why not. its just quality of life, not a big deal whether or not its added
