Semi-Serious Roleplay

Suggestion Title:

Allow users to sell cars.

How would it benefit the server:

Money sink, kinda.
Users could sell cars they no longer use to get money back for other things they may want to buy.

Potential Issues/Exploits:

None

Additional notes:

Allow users to sell their cars for around about 65% of the normal cost.
Not important and doesn't really need to be rushed out, should be easy to design and implement though.
