Suggestion Title:
C4 defusing chances change

How would it benefit the server:
It would make it more fun as C4's are so easily defused as a 45 second C4.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Nothin

Additional notes:
Currently, I think its a 5/6 chance to defuse it at 45 seconds.. it makes it a bit meh when they find it you know it's just defused.

Lower the chances to like 3/6 to being to get defused?

You say that but the amount of times I’ve died to the 5/6 is insane. 45 seconds isn’t that long meaning it needs to have some sort of downside. I think the fact that it’s “easy” to defuse balances it out. It should be kept the same, in my opinion.
