rp_downtown_zarp_v3 is not currently included in the content of the server, I had to manually download it from the FastDL link, although I have the option of downloading any custom content available.

I am not sure if this happens for new players, but it may cause a lot of them to not join. When I downloaded the content from the workshop it still told me that my map was missing, and i assume that it happens to others as well.

Is there a possibility to add our current map to the server's content link?

This is only an issue for some players, I'm not sure what the cause is, but it might have to do with something client-side rather than server-side. I'm not sure, though, I believe Chute or DEADMONSTOR would have a better idea of what the issue is. The Map is not loaded from the workshop. It comes from the fastdl fastdl.friendlyplayers.com/emp/maps/ You need to make sure your game is set to allow servers to download maps and check your console to see if there are any errors.
