Suggestion Title:
Maps + others

For which server is the suggestion?
DeathRun

How would it benefit the server:
player counts dropped after removing this map alongside the lag.
i personally got bored of most of the current maps and a change is nice every while.
lessening the chance of rule breaking/ making it easier for staff

Potential Issues/Exploits:
other than some minor map bugs, none

Forgot that we removed Atomic Warfare back when the server was dying from lag.
I'll add back atomic warfare and the minecraft maps (which were removed because Windows fucked them back when he tried to fix them). The other maps will be voted on this Friday in the meeting.

I may go through when I have the time and review all of the rules. They haven't had a full update in a while so that may be helpful. I also have some ideas to implement in the update for RTD, though they may not come until the Easter update.

EDIT: Now added deathrun_atomic_warefare, deathrun_minecraft_pyramid and dr_minecraft
