Item that hides printers

How would it benefit the server:

Make people more likely to hide printers around the map

Potential Issues/Exploits:

None

Additional notes:

Basically make an item that is like a base shield (ie can place it on the ground) but its purpose is to hide printers from the scan master, this would allow players who don't have much money and try to hide printers have a chance at them not being found instantly
