TOPIC: Server Apps Suggestion

Suggestion Title: Add an application/request template to apply straight to admin.

How would it benefit the server:

These requests/applications, whatever you want to call them, can be reviewed at any time by a Head Admin+ and don't have to sit pending until a meeting comes around. The template shouldn't contain a lot of info since it's just permission to apply to admin but info such as gametrackers, previous experience (maybe links to previous applications) and such could be questions in the template.

At the moment, requesting permission to apply for admin is very informal; often a poke to lead team in teamspeak with something as little as "can I apply to admin". I think it would be sensible to reform the process and improve the general structure - it also provides people in the CM team to overrule decisions if it's blatantly mishandled or biased.

In tandem with this new template, a guide should be created on what to look out for when handling these requests as sometimes it feels like permission is given willy-nilly to people who may or may not deserve it.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Creates additional work for lead teams, may be difficult to manage?

Additional notes: I'm open to discuss this further and also create draft templates if required.

They don't mention it in their application and for whatever reason you don't get the chance to say "hey I gave them permission" either on their app or in the meeting, what happens then? Probably a fringe case but I still think it's something to consider.
