Suggestion Title:
Add an Auction House NPC

How would it benefit the server:
The Auction House is underused as heck. and 80% of the stuff in there is scam anyways. But it's still the only way to sell stuff if you're going offline.

The Auction House NPC would be either in the bank or spawn district and could announce every sold (only sold, not unsold returned) items to everyone in the district / on the whole server to get more attention to the auction house.

Additionally the auctioneer could announce every created auction (for a fee, or only for VIPs, or with a cooldown (spam prevention)) to the server in a special color

additionally this could come with an overhaul like: "pay the auctioneer xxxxx and he'll ping you when an auction you're interested in has xx minutes left". I love the economy on Zarp, but there are small little quality of life updates that can be done to make trading a better experience.

potentially a insta-buy price determined by the seller for your auctions could also be used to speed up the buying/selling process.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Potential spam (lots of short auctions just made to spam the server in the long run)
nothing else comes to my mind.

Additional notes:
I just believe the Auction house isn't used up to its full potential.

nope, it's just that the auction house is extremely underused/underadvertised for its usefulnes

Personally I don't see the need for an NPC.

However, if the auction house feature was extended so that you could 'subscribe' to certain notifications.. item has sold, item has been put on auction etc, that could make it a bit more involved. Plus the entire server would be forced into even more chat spam.. it could be an opt-in option for users that want have that kind of visibility.
