Suggestion Title: Allowing Admin+ to add armour to players

How would it benefit the server: When custom events get hosted and people are low on armour, or if a custom public event (IE round the map) is hosted like hit events the hitmen can have added armour + health. I see nothing wrong with it as there is a set health option aswell.

There's literally no reason for this to be added what-so-ever. Admins already possess the ability to set players' health, and considering armor == health (pretty much) - it wouldn't be useful at all.
