How would it benefit the server:i think it would benefit the server into having more jobs and some of which don't really pay as much as they should i think a couple more jobs should be in place like a casino manager,meth cook,cinema,manager,swat sniper,car mechanic,gang members,assassin,chemist or even make you're own custom job which can have a good purpose.

Potential Issues/Exploits:none really.

Additional notes:i think its a good idea cause the pay rates are a bit too low in my a pinion for some of the jobs which in real life they would be more but just think about it.

the thing is this server isnt really made for basic dark rp this server has had updates where the basic dark rp system would not work so we dont really need these jobs since if you wanna kill people u go gangster if u wanna make money u go dd if u wanna arrest people go cop and if u wanna sell stuff go shop owner thats really all thats to it

Zarp is one of the few servers where its quality over quantity.
More jobs would just ruin this, its un-needed and a waste of the server dev's time.
Oh and FYI:

Quite a few of the jobs you’ve mentioned already exist, for example: swat sniper, gang member is just the gangster job really, meth cook is pretty much drug dealer, assassin I guess is just the same as hitman? And chemist would just be medic.

If I am honest I suggest replacing jobs we already have that are barely used, IE Hotel Manager the only time that is used is for collecting ya 1k check for the daily, reaplace the SWAT Sniper, barely used,
