Suggestion Title: A shop you could set stuff as buying instead of selling

How would it benefit the server: It would make it so fucking easy to sell shit

Potential Issues/Exploits: No Exploits dad

Additional notes: Wouldn't it be great if zarp brought out a shop that you could set stuff as buying instead of selling and having to constantly advert buying a specific item or a whole paragraph in advert?
