TOPIC: [TTT] Add # of active reports indicator

Server Name: Trouble in Terrorist Town

Suggestion Title: Add # of active reports indicator, similar to SSRP's active number of reports.

How would it benefit the server: Just makes it easier for staff to see how many reports are pending without checking the menu.

Potential Issues/Exploits: N/A

Additional notes:

My idea is to add a small notification box (that would sit in the corner of your screen), similar to SSRP's report notification to notify you of how many reports are currently pending (preferably just the ones with responses from both parties). If a report is marked pending, it should be subtracted from the list of pending reports.

EDIT:

Reports from/against a player who has left the server should also be counted.
