Suggestion Title:
Radiation Protection Upgrade
How would it benefit the server:
Would add another character upgrade, and would provide protection to the K938 Radiation round
Potential Issues/Exploits:
Non?
Additional notes:
it would be crafted like all other character upgrades.
Using 1 SCU and 100m for crafting.
The upgrade would look similar to this:

I WOULDNT be used to protect against nukes.
The upgrade could allow the user to be defibbed after death, or simply slow down the radiation damage.
