Server Name: Zarp SSRP

Suggestion Title:
Auction Buyout Option.

How would it benefit the server:
Would make the auction house more relevant for players to use.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
None.

Additional notes:
Adding a Buyout Option to items you add on the auction house so the seller can have the set normal starting price, and then a price that the item can be instantly baught out at the set Buyout price.
