Server Name: SSRP

Suggestion Title: Add a staff tab to the F4 menu (to display a list of all online staff on the current server)

How would it benefit the server: Would provide a quick way to see a complete list of all online staff, I find the tab list quite difficult to use to see all other online staff. Much like the tab menu, I feel you should be able to click on a name on the list to see their steam ID etc

Potential Issues/Exploits: N/A
