Suggestion:
Mute Jammer for SSRP

How would it benefit the server:
Having a mute jammer, placeable EMP, would enable more secure printing. It would prevent players from seeing raidable entities with the Scanmaster meaning people will be more likely to stay on the server because they wouldn't be detected by roaming raiders.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
It is possible that the jammer could be used to block police scanners as well as other electronic items, depending on how it's coded. It might also be possible that they are used to permanently keep fading doors open as well as destroy printers. The destruction of printer is another bug that could happen, by placing one too close to your own printers they could be destroyed accidentally.

Additional notes:
To make this item not too over-powered limitations could be put in place, although I don't know what.
