Scamming Rule Change Suggestion
How would it benefit the server:
Less scamming and more transparency between users
Potential Issues/Exploits:
CF system suggestion might be implemented soon making this not very valuable, but it can get changed back by then,
Additional notes:
Make the scamming rule include coinflipping and betting with stuff you do not currently own
