Suggestion Title: Content Pack

How would it benefit the server: Making the game more fun, allowing skins to work, making the admins not have to warn people who want to be error signs

Potential Issues/Exploits: 0

Additional notes: Bit embarrassing SSRP gets this huge Halloween update and TTT doesn't even get the content pack it needs, let alone making the map spooky like you did a few years ago >.>
