Suggestion Title:
Allow props to be stacked/pasted outside the world.

How would it benefit the server:
Would allow for more creative builds

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Server crashing, but i don't even think this would be a problem.

Additional notes:
At the moment, props can't be stacked or spawned with the adv dupe outside of the world. The prop can still be visible but still have the issue. It would be nice if this was removed.
