SSRP Server Name:
All SSRP Servers

What is your suggestion:
Day/Night Cycle (weather adjustment optional)

How would if benefit the server:
It would make SSRP a bit more realistic and would enhance the looks of the map quite significantly.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Probably the lack of street lights.

Where would this Building/Improvement be added:
All Semi-Serious Role-Play Servers
