if it was in RP situation he would get the refund but since it's not, I don't see him getting refunded.

Alright there seems to be a mix-up in rules. I am fully aware you don't get refunded for rulebreaks, and that isn't the issue. I am fully aware that if I get a suit ripped in the TDM arena, that it's a non-RP zone and there's nothing I can do. The issue is, the method of ripping involved a well-known SERVER SIDE exploit.

The reason your refund request was denied Wrecking is because you killed yourself with Thermals on in the TDM arena. This is a completely different case.

If my suit had been ripped by a simple gluon, that's completely fine. It wasn't though. I was tazed and nitro'd, (which is already an exploit), but at the same time I had god mode on.

Just because it's a non-RP zone doesn't mean that exploiting the server is allowed. The only thing non-RP zone means is stuff like no arresting or no printing.

It is a bug in general, its happened a while back when some of us would use a taser on admins with god mode. It takes away their god mode and also allows them to be arrested.
Although the player did falsely want you so that would be a rule break I imagine, so they wouldn't refund you most likely, not to mention that the tdm arena is a non rp area.

It'll be quite controversial because I am pretty sure that rules still apply in the TDM arena, but you cannot validly rp there due to there being no access there for users, but if the rules are still upheld in the TDM arena which would be the smart thing, then you can get refunded due to many people getting refunded for when they were tasered in their evo suit and got refunded,

Just because you can't rp in a specific area of a map, does not mean that makes anyone within the area exempt from the rules.

This is why i'm asking for a HA to look into the logs. It will show that I was killed, who I was killed by, and that I was godded at the time of death. Other staff also witnessed it, although I know that means nothing.

Doesn't matter if godded or not. You lost it in the TDM Arena. They are not gonna refund it because u died in a NON RP RELATED AREA (how i already said.) (thats what i got told a few months ago by an HA or something like that)
