Why yes it resets your hp but he was godded, Therefore even if the taser resets his go, The servers "God or Godded" didn't hold up to its end as in keeping him godded, godded: Unable to die, Or be given the death term as your godded and shouldn't take damage or death but since the "God mode" failed to hold up to its word/say so it isnt his problem is a bug and server side issue that he could not of prevented.

again, it was in TDM arena so no RP in there.
if it was in RP situation he would get the refund but since it's not, I don't see him getting refunded.
