Suggestion Title: Give staff access to Dyno Moderator commands

How would it benefit the server: So with dyno moderator commands we could ban people for a certain amounts of time or warn them etc. All of these would be recorded on a rap sheet that dyno stores. This would make moderation a lot better.

Potential Issues/Exploits: People could abuse it? But it would be easy to find out about.

Additional notes: These are the Mod commands:

All you need to add a role to have access to the mod commands is type this in: ?addmod [Name of role]
