Suggestion Title: Create/modify existing ranks in a gang

How would it benefit the server: This suggestion would allow for gang owners to further customise their gangs to add some extra flair and creativity.

Potential Issues/Exploits:

• Players abusing the ranks i.e. creating ranks with racial slurs in them
• May be challenging to implement in the already existing gang system

Additional notes:

I've decided to post this since I couldn't really find any recent suggestions on the forums about it.

Here's how I suggest it would work provided it were to be implemented:

• Gang owners can add/remove ranks with custom titles
• Custom ranks must obey Character rule 2.1 and any other rule in relation to common courtesy and general conduct
• Custom ranks can be removed by super admins and above should they be in breach of server rules and the owner is not available to update/remove it themselves

I like this idea.

I mean it's not a bad idea I just like the current gang system
Member(nothing special just a part of the gang)
Officer(kick, invite, promote other members to officer)
Owner(just like officer but owns the gang can change name, color and fee to join and can transfer ownership)

Not bad, not bad at all...

i really dont see a usefull point to this as like stated before there is the officer rank. Like what other ranks would you like and what would they be able to do.

If it is possible to configure the permissions per rank that could also be helpful. Owners might want level of customisation to their gang. I'm open to suggestions should you have any!

Would be nice to be able to modify offensive gang names too

I appreciate this suggestion, and I personally think it would be a fine addition.

I'm not sure how long it would take to implement this, but assuming it wouldn't be too long of a process, I don't see a problem with this other than the one(s) you have already stated in your thread. However, if implementing this turns out to be somewhat of a challenge, it would not be worth the effort and thus be pointless in my opinion.

Though personally, I support this idea.

I agree Rick, if a developer was able to provide an estimate timeline and level of difficulty to implement it would be super helpful in establishing whether or not I should push for this to be considered by the CM team.
