What would you like to add?:
The inability to arrest mutants.

How would it benefit the server/why do you want to add this?
People keep arresting mutants, no matter how many times you tell them not to. The problem would be fixed if you just weren't able to arrest them.

Would it be exploitable, and if, how could we make it non-exploitable?
I honestly can't see how this can be exploited.

Additional notes:
I don't get why this hasn't been done a long time ago.

There are already threads discussing this rule.

Right now, the admins are currently in a meeting and I will pass over a message to Pvt. Shell to take this up in the meeting so they can debate and get a 100% answer.

I know they're in a meeting, and I know there's a thread discussing this already. But I just wanted to maek an actual suggestion, that could be +/-supported and accepted or denied.
