why can't raeker resign like everyone else? he is busy w/school and needs to prioritize time?

You aren't allowed to resign on zarp, it's a policy for cm's

I think there's a deeper story to it but I don't want to bring attention to as it's already gotten enough as it is.

He did resign, you can always ask a staff member for the reasons why.
