Suggestion Title: Replace the model of the Prototype UMP

How would it benefit the server: It would just make the UMP more pleasant to look at

Potential Issues/Exploits: None that I can think of

Additional notes: We already have access to two different UMP models in M9K and both of them are better than the one we use now which doesn't even have textures on the right side of it.
