Suggestion Title:
Add an addition to the f1 menu where players can select a challenge mode
How would it benefit the server:
Much like
this it would create unique rounds for players but not have the drawbacks that i mentioned about that. It would also give players another way to gain experience and points in a more challenging way.

Additional notes:
Basically my idea is to have a new section to the f1 menu where players can select a kind of modifier/challenge mode for the next round, these challenges would make the game more difficult but provide rewards in the form of points and extra experience if you survive the round/earn kills with the challenge on, meaning for those who want to risk it they can level up quicker. The menu would contain 3 sections, one for each possible role and you would select from a list of challenges which one(if any) you would like to try for each role, the challenge you selected for the role you were get the next round would be the one you would play. Something like what is below. Each challenge would reward a different amount depending on how difficult the challenge is, you will get a lot more for surviving a round with only 1hp than you would surviving without sprint. Only one challenge can be active on a round so you cannot stack easy challenges to gain a lot of points. This could also be implemented into the daily challenges system where one daily challenge could be to complete a round with a specific modifier on.
Innocent:
- Pacifist- 100% damage reduction
- Marked- the traitors all get sent a message saying you are a high priority target and will be rewarded bonus points for killing you
- glass- max hp set to 1
- Don't stop- Hp will slowly decrease if you stop moving
- Try your best- randomly given a primary and secondary weapon, cannot change them and cannot pick up more ammo
- Boom- you can only cause damage with headshots
- Change of pace- sprint disabled
- Slowmo- player moves very slowly
- Nerf gun- Damage reduced by 25%, kills grant an extra 10 points and xp
- Who needs a gun anyway- cannot pick up any weapons(forced to use crowbar)
- Drunk- WASD Movements are reversed
- Feeling lucky?- every second the player has a random chance of dying
- Hand of God- player will be randomly slapped occasionally
- Freeze- player will be randomly frozen occasionally
- Gunked- Permanent poison visual effect
- Floor is lava- if you do not jump for more than 3 seconds you will take damage
- Butterfingers- Random chance to drop the weapon you are holding
- God mode- pacifist, marked, glass, slowmo(impossible and a meme)
- Random- selects a random challenge(not including god mode)
Detective:

- Listen carefully- C4 visuals disabled
- Kill or be killed- A random innocent is selected as a target, you have 30 seconds to find and kill them or you will die
- Feeling lucky?- every second the player has a random chance of dying
- Explosions- Your guns do no damage but every 15 seconds you are given a random grenade
- Silent kills- Killing a player has a chance of them exploding in confetti and a loud noise playing
- Hand of God- player will be randomly slapped occasionally
- Freeze- player will be randomly frozen occasionally
- Be the bomb- At a set point in the round a 45 second timer will appear after which you will explode like a regular suicide bomb

- Floor is lava- if you do not jump for more than 3 seconds you will take damage
