TOPIC: [TTT VIP Traitor] Server suggestion

First off thankyou Ramen for thinking of this idea!

Suggestion Title (What are you Suggesting):
VIP Traitor

Potential Issues/Exploits:
I see no potential issues with this if coded correctly.
AFK server system works fine so nothing should happen

Additional notes:
A single player on the traitor team will be chosen at random to be the VIP who will give twice and receive (or higher than) the usual PS points and more XP from being killed and gains more XP and PS points when he kills another innocent. They will be chosen after pre-round and will be indicated by an alert both in the chat box and somewhere on the screen, either subtlety in the middle or in the top-right corner possibly followed by a sound as well.

The alert will say something along the lines of: "A VIP has spawned Kill the VIP for Double XP and Points!”.
The VIP will have an indicator on his screen with "You are the VIP" or something along those lines.
When the VIP is killed, the usual top-right alert will appear though will be edited to reflect the greater point reward. For this feature to be enabled, there must >=7 (not definite value) players on the server as to avoid abuse of it during lower player counts. This event will occur every (3) rounds.

Due to the VIP getting more points for and making it a bit more fun the following additional and optional note:
The VIP will automatically make a distinct sound (something like the rank up sound) when killing an innocent. This will make being the VIP more intense!

I was all game till I read the part about it making a sound. (maybe you can choose not be become VIP somehow since I personally don't care about exp or points)

I thought this would be so if you bought VIP that you had a higher percent chance of becoming a T

I would be fine with a VIP innocent idea but not one for traitors, there is no skill involved and the gameplay won't change a lot.
