TOPIC: Opening up a PERP Server (Pulsar Effect Roleplay)

I recently made a topic asking people if they had liked Murder, and would they like it back and other stuff. But i must admit, this isn't a bad suggestion as i thought it would be.

We'd be competing against PERPHeads which simply just wouldn't work, considering that they've been developing their server for 5 years and the entire community is dedicated to PERP.

Making a PERP server is a massive task, and from personal experience, is near unachievable in ZARP due to the policies of the community not properly fitting in to serious RP as a whole.
