Suggestion Title:
Tweaking the evo/nano suit so that when the nano suit uses invisibility the evo suit still cannot see it.

How would it benefit the server:
Right now the only benifit the nano suit has besides being a suit is that you can go invisible while not moving. Now that the Evo suit can see the nano even when it is cloaked the nano suit becomes irrelevant.
This would make the nano suit a little bit better as it's ability is canceled out by anyone with an evo suit.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
None. As the nano suit was not overpowered even when the evo suit did not yet exist.

Additional notes:
I would just like to see the nano be somewhat relevant again as it's one power is basically useless as every evo can see them.

Optional Balancing note: Another note for balancing could be giving the evo suit a warning that there is a cloaked nano in its vicinity rather than being able to see where it is. So they would still have a warning that someone is cloaked within range but they wouldn't be able to flat out see it.
