The 3 Discord ranks would be:

The community team would give the 3 ranks commands they see fit.
I would recommend that all staff on TS is carried over so TS staff get Discord Staff TS Head Admins got Discord Head Admin and the Server Owners be picked by the community team.
Also that when a person get SA+ on any server the get Discord Staff by default.

Staff templates:

Discord Server Owner would work like other Server Owners and given to staff that show dedication and passion for the server.

Meetings:

I would request the meeting take place like the TS meeting but before the SSRP meeting at 6:30 as it is a more convenient time and let’s be honest things will never be opened.

Important

The Server Owner will have to make the server first with it on EU servers and the invit link have infinite uses and have no expiring date. This has to be as bots can only be added and edited by the person that made the server. There is away around this as is the Discord Server Owner is temp given the Community Owner rank or same as the person that made it can edit most bots.

Bots:

Adding bots would make the discord more fun some bots that are good are:
MEE6 - It comes with mod commands and can Staff for you. It has a ranking system to show how many posts someone has made. Link to website here.
Dank memer - Some things will have to be disabled but it is a lot of fun and a good laugh. Link to website here.
Giveaway bot - It can do giveaways for the community. Link to website here.
Tatsumaki - Has a ranking, moderation and economy systems. Link to website here.
Rythm - It is a music bot. Link to website here.
A custom bot - A bot coded buy DEAD that could for fill all of our needs and entertainment. The bot links you link forum account with your discord account, Then it checks if the fourm account has VIP, If it does it could give that person the VIP rank.

Forum section:

Also there would be a section on the Forums for a Staff List, Gide to becoming staff, A copy of the server Rules and a second place to announce the winners of the giveaways.

Extra notes:

I am personally have a lot of free time and could help make one if the community team accepts this. I also have a vision for it.

I also have a server that if just me and some bots are on I could easily convert it to a Zarp discord server.

I think it would work well, both for people who aren't used to the Teamspeak format/don't use it often (Me for example) and would probably be used more by regular randoms on our server. I could also see a suggestions text channel being used on the discord for people who are too lazy to go through the whole process of making a properly structured forum post.
