Suggestion Title: Fix the missing textures on the T tester How would it benefit the server: Less Bugs = more good? Potential Issues/Exploits: Mate, its fixing an issue.. Additional notes: So basically I was trying to decompile the map to properly edit it in hammer editor n' all for days and had to give up on it because without the right textures its not possible. But this night I had an idea which was simple, yet so obvious that it could've been implemented since ages and I'm actually ashamed of myself for not coming up with it earlier but whatever. The map can be edited in Sandbox mode, a prop can be layed over the missing texturepiece and a custom material can be added to the prop. After that it can be assigned as a permanent prop. Now the map can be saved and uploaded to the workshop to automatically download, baboom, we got a texture where there was none before. See the following concept images: Of course it would have to be made so that it ligns up better with the edge of the tester house and the texture would have to look nicer but I couldn't be bothered right now as it is 5 am here in Germany now. So uuuh.. yay or nay? btw someone should really re-work the suggestion template.. it never seems to really fit |

What do you mean if you don’t have the textures? You're speaking in riddles. I mean.. I'm trying my best but I can't get the sense of this sentence. ![]() Edit: Oooh you mean for the Hammer Editor? Well minecraft b5 doesn't use any source textures meaning that if you decompile it and load it into hammer, its just empty as you can't see anything. Or at least I couldn't get it to work even tho I tried hard. |
