For which server is the suggestion? SSRP

How would it benefit the server:
Right now only the gloun is used for ripping siuts so I think there should be a new meta, here it is: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=185743096

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Cant think of anything
Additional notes:
This would cost 40-50 million, during updates/events it will be 20-30 it can only shot 1 bullet in 1 second and it would do 400 damage per shot and it would be a gen crop item. (Those last notes are up to players)

You can't decide the prices for stuff, the community does that. Also i think that 150 damage is pretty shit if it can only shoot every 2 seconds. A good idea would be to make it to shoot every second and it does double damage or something like that to suits.
