TOPIC: [TTT] Close LTAP Reports

As a new staff, I've recently uncovered an issue with the report system, I have talked to other Staff and it appears it is been like this for a while. It seems people are reported, they then LTAP and the report is stuck forever, hopefully this will be changed soon. And as always, enjoy the post.

EDIT: This is fixed once both players leave, I still stand by my request as if 1 player leave and the situation is already handled, it still stays.

Suggestion Title: Close LTAP Reports
How would it benefit the server: Help remove clutter from the report menu, when someone is reported and they LTAP, it is impossible to remove the report, it would be helpful for Staff to be able to remove the clutter LTAPed reports after dealing with them.
Potential Issues/Exploits: Staff may accidentally close reports, however the benefits overweigh the negatives in my opinion. And there is a safemeasure, an extra pop-up to delete.

This image shows no option to remove a report where the Victim or Reported Player LTAPed, it is stuck until server restart.
