Suggestion Title: Dedicated Names
How would it benefit the server: My idea is when people join they are given a dedicated name, their steam name or if that is already taken they can choose via a MOTD-like prompt, they then play with individual identities and if someone wants to change their name, they can change it under a cool down, whether 30 minutes or 1 week etc. I believe this will massively help the amount of people kicked for inappropriate names as Staff can rename them without kicking them. This will also help with impersonators or people with the same name being KOSed, this applies to names like "Jack" and another player "(1)Jack" which clears confusion of who to kill.
Potential Issues/Exploits: None that I can think of, name changing won't be an issue with a Name Database of all players and recent names and Insulting/Racist Names can easily be countered without them trying to change their Steam Name.
Additional notes: I am completely unaware if this can be achieved but I would love to hear from you if you think it would be good for the server and if you think it is possible, thank you for reading and I look forward to see your responses.

What if someone had a weird steam name that they made, then accidentally joined the server and was stuck with that name for a week.

Its really not hard to just kick people if they refuse to change their name. I dont see how this is needed.

Not really needed. The staff are supposed to manage the names within the server.

I think this would be really good, especially for players that have the same name. Otherwise you get this awkward situation where you have two Bobs on the server and both have had their names for years - neither will be willing to change it, but under the current rules they wouldn't be allowed to have the same name.

It will generally improve staffing and make users more likely to change their names, as they are no longer stuck to the name that they would otherwise like to have on Steam or other servers. There's really no issue with this suggestion.

Seems like Reaker is the only person who can see the potential in reducing a lot of the staff load with a simple implemented idea

I feel like having custom "RP" names could be good and people can customize it from their original name.

It would help but you might get some opposition.

Wouldn't this possibly make it harder for staff when checking profiles and such because the names might not match up

I like the idea, it would indeed make staffing easier due to names, but.

I feel like everyone should be free to choose what they want, it will be horrible to see if Bob A has 5 warnings and leaves and within a minute or two Bob B joines the game and gets a warning and somehow (not looking at the rapsheet like a noob) bans him for a day due to recent warning.

Also @Kyber, personally I think TTT should go more for a system like that we have on SSRP. It seems more fitting and would also prevent more issues regarding racist or discriminatory usernames. Otherwise this system would only prevent a single issue (two users or more having the same name) whilst it could prevent multiple.
