Suggestion Title:
Bank timer

How would it benefit the server:
Adding The timer to the Bottom (Above the hud) To the cops like the players raiding the bank have For it will be easier for Newer (Cops/Players in general) To know when The bank raid is over
Potential Issues/Exploits:
None

Additional notes:
It would help from Cops going back to the bank raid after it is over/ended and stop them from breaking nlr and Possibly being punished, So it will help out newer players and even older players as I Still make this mistake and go back to bank after it has ended and been warned for NLR Due to not knowing Bank raid was over
