First and foremost, please make use of the appropriate
template next time. Secondly, we do not accept refunds requests for client-side issues, and S3 hasn't crashed anytime recently. If the server did in fact crash (although I'm fairly sure it hasn't) you can type /refund in chat and your lost items will be refunded to you.
Next time use the template I have provided above and provide proof of this somehow being an issue on our part, otherwise any request you make will most likely not be accepted.
