Server Name: SSRP

Suggestion Title: Prison Guard spawns in prison

How would it benefit the server: People who turn into prison guards would'nt lurk around more and it would just make sense for a prison guard to start in prison
Potential Issues/Exploits: People could spawn kill Prison Guard but he should spawn in a different place from where people raid

Additional notes: It's pretty call a prison guard starting there guarding that shit, maybe i'll actually go prison guard if this gets accepted.
