Suggestion Title:
Players that just join go to spec then when the round ends they go into the world of the living
How would it benefit the server:
When a round is going on players will just keep on joining making the rounds longer when there is 1 T left and people keep joining it slows the game down a lot

No. One of the reasons that zarp TTT is so popular is because of this feature. As a new player just joining the server, if you join into a round and are forced to wait for 40 players to finish before you can play the majority of the time you will just leave and join another server instead of waiting. Even without new players joining rounds can go on for a long time, in situations where new players join its not an issue most of the time as it does not take long to kill an afk that just spawned anyway.

The reason why it is set up in this way is to ensure players that join the server can immediately enjoy it. Nobody wants to join a server and then have to wait ten minutes to actually start playing. This won't be changed, whilst I do know at times it can be irritating especially when you're one of the last traitor's alive, as previously stated the reason why this is set up this way is to prevent new players from being stuck in spectator, however we can explore other options to combat situations like those by preventing lone traitor's to have to deal with new spawns.

Something we will explore, but at this time will not change.
