Suggestion Title: Poll Update

How would it benefit the server: It would benefit the forums as it will make it a lot easier for users to use and give people more information. I am trying to create a giveaway using the poll system but it won't let me view who has voted on each option so it's impossible to give out items using it. I just want something added in that tells us who voted on what. There could be an option to vote anonymously as well! Also another thing that would be handy is if you could set a certain time on how long the poll is on for such as minutes and hours instead of just days.
