TOPIC: New players & Cops

Server Name: SSRP Server 1/2/3

Suggestion Title: Don't allow new players to be cops - atleast before being in the server for 45 minutes or something

How would it benefit the server:

When players are trolling, they are usually new to the game and are always playing as a cop - they have too much power and go round either shooting people or mass RDA'ing and its like this every fking day on ZARP - have to make F1's to deal with it

Potential Issues/Exploits: I cant think of any

Additional notes: There is a voting system but no one knows who they are and get voted in anyway (I know there use to be a Demote thing but that was abused so :/) maybe not a complete fix, but its a start

We just need good staff members.

that's why there is a voting system for cops.

We don't have that though

Watson is usually good

they are getting voted in regardless so it doesn't do anything

People don't let new players to play, everyone just raids them instantly. Then they have 0$, so they start to troll before they leave.

not exactly perpheads levels of cops is it u just do the same as criminals but occasionally have to arrest ppl too
